Design, build, electrics, plumbing, plastering, decoration. One team, one contract, one person accountable from the first drawing to the day you walk back in.
Hammersmith · Chiswick · Fulham · Ealing · Putney · Shepherd's Bush
It starts with an hour at our King Street showroom. Your room, real materials in your hands, and a straight conversation about budget. Then we work it up and present you the design, the costing line by line, and the dates.
One of our designers will call you shortly to fix a time. Ninety seconds on how to get the most out of the session:
In short: bring photographs, rough measurements, and anything you have saved on Pinterest or Instagram.
Who you would be working with
Design, supply and installation, one dedicated point of contact, and a showroom on King Street you can walk into.
What clients say
"I cannot recommend Arch KBB highly enough. From start to finish, Munty and the entire team delivered an exceptional experience throughout my apartment refurbishment project."
"Our flat renovation is finally complete with a beautiful kitchen and two bathrooms from Arch KBB. The final outcome is even more beautiful than we imagined."
The job nobody quotes for
A renovation runs about six months, and almost none of that is building work you get to watch. It is you, between meetings, trying to get the electrician and the kitchen fitter into the same room on the same morning.
Then it is week nine, nobody ordered the worktop, and you are the only person in the project who knows how the whole thing fits together.
That job is unpaid. It appears on nobody's quote, and it falls to whoever can least spare the hours. Handing it to someone else is the entire point of Arch KBB.
Two ways to renovate
We had a total renovation of our flat, and are really pleased with the results. Everything delivered to time, incredible quality of workmanship, and clever and beautiful design.
The offer
Two meetings at our Hammersmith showroom. An hour to understand your home, then a presentation of what it could be and exactly what it costs. Neither one costs you anything.
How you actually live in the room, what is not working, and what you want back. We listen first.
Your designer sketches as you talk, so you can see the room reworked in front of you. Those are yours to take home.
Doors, worktops and appliances you have opened and seen under real light, not chosen off a screen.
Where the money shows, and where it genuinely does not. Usually the most useful part of the session.
We take it away and work it up properly. About a week later you come back to the design, the costing broken down line by line, and the dates.
The person who draws it sees it through to handover. Nobody hands you over halfway.
Inside the showroom
One of our designers walks you through exactly what happens in the room, in a little over a minute.
No pressure to decide on the day, and nothing to pay to find out where you stand.
Recently completed
Photographed on the day they were handed back. Every one designed, supplied and built by our own team.
On budgets
The rooms people remember are not the ones that cost the most. They are the ones where the money went where it is seen and touched every day. The surface your hand rests on. The way the light falls at the end of the run. The join you never notice, because somebody got it right.
Value engineering is an art, and it is most of what our designers do. It is also why we do not publish prices. Bring us your room and your number instead, and we will tell you honestly what it buys here, where it will show, and what would have to change to get the room you have in your head.
We work on single rooms and on whole houses, and the range in between is wider than most people assume.
An Arch KBB project is a renovation, not a delivery. We strip the room back, then design, supply, fit, wire, plumb, plaster and decorate it with our own team, and it is priced as the piece of work that it is. If what you are after is cabinets supplied on their own, or the cheapest way to get a room changed, there are good places for that and we will say so on the phone rather than take up your afternoon.
After you book
Usually the same working day. A short conversation to understand the space and find a time that suits.
An hour with your designer. Bring photographs and rough measurements. We do the rest.
Give us about a week. Your room designed properly, the costing broken down line by line, and a realistic set of dates.
You see all of it before you commit to anything. If it is right, we start. One contract, one team, one date for getting your home back.
The showroom
Walk in and meet the person who will design your home. The same person will be there on the day it is finished. We have been on King Street since 2014, so nobody disappears with your deposit.
Before you book
The consultation and the presentation that follows it are both free, with no obligation at either. The reason is simple: we are a showroom, and our designers' work is the best argument we have. If it is not right for you, we part on good terms.
Only once you have seen the design and the price and decided to go ahead. For kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke joinery, that first payment is a deposit against the work. For bathrooms there is a £300 design fee at the point you are happy with the quote, and it comes straight off your final total.
We present the design in full and talk you through every line of the costing, so nothing is hidden from you before you decide. The drawings themselves stay with us until you go ahead. That work is what our designers are paid for, and handing it over would only invite somebody else to build it badly. What you do take home from the first session are the sketches and ideas we work through together.
It depends on the size of the space and the specification, which is why we do not publish a number that would be meaningless to you. We work across a wide range of budgets. The point of the Blueprint is that you end up with a real figure for your actual home, not a guess.
Yes. Design, supply, fitting, electrical, plumbing, plastering and decoration are all our own team. That is why we can commit to a timeline and hold a price. A showroom that subcontracts its fitting cannot honestly promise either.
Photographs of the room, rough measurements, and anything saved on Pinterest or Instagram. Architect's drawings too, if you have them. If you have none of it, come anyway. We will work from what you have.
Yes, and arguably it is the best time. Knowing the real cost and the real timeline a year out is what stops a project going wrong later. Nothing to pay, and nothing to commit to.

What your home could look like, what it will actually cost, and how long it will take. Free, no obligation, and nothing to pay until you say yes.
